    Tumbling and creative movement class to help your independent child learn basic tumble skills. Strength, coordination, flexibility, and balance will also be incorporated into every class.

TINY + MINI CLASSES

  • Welcome to Tot Ninja at Pack Athletics! (Ages 3-5 years) Perfect for your lively little one! This class is all about building strength, endurance, balance, and agility in a super fun way. Get ready for a high-energy workout using obstacle courses, trampolines, and relay races. Your young one is sure to be captivated and engaged! Each exciting class lasts for a delightful 45 minutes.

  • Welcome to Tiny Cheer 101 at Pack Athletics! (Ages 3-5 years) Welcome to the exciting world of cheerleading! Don't worry if you're a beginner, we're thrilled to teach you from the ground up. We'll start with the basic motions and tumbling, move onto the joy of jumps and dance, and even introduce you to the thrilling techniques of stunting. No previous experience necessary -- just bring your enthusiasm! Each exciting class lasts for a delightful 45 minutes.

  • Welcome to Tiny Tumble at Pack Athletics! (3-4 years) This is a fun, beginner-level class where we'll explore the basics of tumbling together. We'll learn skills like a Lever, Handstand, Cartwheel, Backward Roll, Forward Roll and even get introduced to a Round-Off. This class is specially designed for your little ones who are 3-4 years old. Your little ones will have a blast working on fun drills, exploring different stations, and tumbling around on our Tumbl Trak during practice. Each exciting class lasts for a delightful 45 minutes.

  • Welcome to Mini Tumble at Pack Athletics! (4-6 years) This is a fun, beginner-level class where we'll explore the basics of tumbling together. We'll learn skills like a Lever, Handstand, Cartwheel, Backward Roll, Forward Roll and even get introduced to a Round-Off. This class is specially designed for young athletes who are 4-6 years old. Your little athletes will have a blast working on fun drills, exploring different stations, and tumbling around on our Tumbl Trak during practice.   • We're over the moon to introduce our super-fun mini dance class for our tiniest movers, ages 4-6, at Pack Athletics! Are you ready to twirl, spin, and bounce? We can't wait to show you some cool dance moves and shapes that'll make you feel like a real dancer.

  • Welcome to Advanced Walkovers at Pack Athletics! (Ages 6+) Welcome to our Advanced Walkover Class, where you'll get to learn the walkover drills and techniques in a fun and supportive way! Level 1 Tumbling Skills

    PREREQUISITES: handstand bridge, backbend, and kickover (These skills are required to be in Advanced Walkovers Class.)

  • Beginner level 2 tumbling class for ages 6+ to learn the basic handspring drills and technique.

    PREREQUISITES: Advanced Walkovers Class and front walkover, back walkover and valdez

  • Advanced level 2 tumbling class for ages 6+ to learn, improve and master handspring skills required for level 2. This class focuses on handspring connections, speed and length of the handsprings.

    PREREQUISITES: Learn Handsprings Class and back handspring and roundoff back handspring

  • Welcome to Learn Tucks Tumbling Class at Pack Athletics! (ages 6+) Beginner Level 3 Tumbling - Join the tumbling class to learn basic drills and techniques for front tucks, back tucks, and combinations.

    PREREQUISITES: Advanced Backhandsprings Class and/or Round-Off X3 BHS, Standing 3 Back-Handsprings

  • This advanced tucks class (ages 6+) aims to teach, enhance, and master the tuck skills required for Level 3 All-Star Cheer.
